Getting started

  • Yes. Every tool, calculator and guide is free to use, with nothing to unlock.

  • Open the budget planner and enter your monthly take‑home pay. Start from 50/30/20, adjust the categories, and you have a plan in about ten minutes.

  • Not today. Every tool works without one. Free accounts are coming, and they'll add a synced personal dashboard across your devices.

Your data

  • In your browser, on your device. Nothing you enter is sent to a server, and nobody at Worthwise can see it.

  • No. You log what you spend yourself. It takes a couple of seconds per purchase, and people who log by hand tend to notice their spending more.

  • Use the menu (the three dots) on any tool page. Export your transactions to CSV for a backup, or choose Start fresh to delete everything. Clearing your browser data also removes it.

    Go to the expense tracker

Money and currencies

  • Pick naira, dollars, pounds or euros from the menu at the top. Amounts convert at fixed indicative rates so your totals stay comparable. They aren't live exchange rates.

  • They do the maths exactly for the numbers you enter, but real life varies: interest rates change and investment returns go up and down. Treat results as a guide for planning.

    Try the calculators
  • No. Worthwise is educational. The guides explain general principles. For advice about your situation, talk to a licensed adviser.
